I find it really weak for a car dealership that you have to wait in line for up to 2 minutes until someone answers.
Then there's the fact that there are employees at the table every time I call. Lunch breaks are important, but it cannot be the case that an entire department takes lunch.
And this is not an isolated case. I understand that cases of illness can occur, but not always.
My time and my nerves are too valuable to get upset.
This incident happens every time I call. This is no coincidence. I will stop calling and reduce all relationships to the bare minimum. Spare parts are no longer an option for me at the Michel car dealership.
